Every child in Miami County from birth until age five is eligible to receive one book by mail each month through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library at no cost to the family. Children registered at birth will receive 60 books in the mail! The books are mailed each month to children under the age of 5. The program costs approximately $80,000 year and currently benefits over 3,000 Miami County children. It has been largely funded by area Foundations and Miami County United Way agencies but now we need the support of businesses and individuals in the community.
