Troy-Miami County Public Library promotes full and equal access to information and ideas while encouraging a love of reading.

The Troy-Miami County Public Library has four locations and a bookmobile to serve Miami County.

  • Troy Main Library, 419 W. Main Street, Troy
  • Local History Library, 100 W. Main Street, Troy
  • Maker Lab at 510 W. Water St., Troy
  • Oakes-Beitman Memorial Library, 12 N. Main Street, Pleasant Hill

Troy-Miami County Public Library’s strategic goals for 2025 are:
1. Cultivate a patron-focused culture.
2. Identify and provide programs and services that meet the needs and serve the interests of people living in our service area.
3. Provide free, open, and unrestricted access to diverse collections and services.
