New, limited-edition Troy-Miami County Public Library cards are available beginning September 3 with a special design created by Miami County Commissioner and business owner Ted Mercer. The design celebrates the Troy community and its beautiful downtown.
“The images I share of Troy and Miami County, not only magnify the beauty of our communities,” said Ted Mercer “but represent the people's steadfast pride in the place they work and call home.”
Cards are available while supplies last.
