Indoor Walking with Exercise Bands at PH Library

Tuesdays at 9 am • March 1 - May 24

Come join us for 30 minutes of indoor walking with exercise bands. The first 15 minutes will be walking and the second 15 minutes we will incorporate basic band exercises to strengthen your upper body while walking. Try something new! Bands will be provided. All levels welcome! Adults only, please. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and good athletic shoes.
