The late fee for all materials, except new DVDs and Fast Reads, is 10 cents per day. The maximum fine for one item is $5 but it will not be more than half the price of the material. This includes books, CDs, paperbacks, magazines, art prints, videos, older DVDs, and books-on-CD.
Newer DVDs and Fast Reads check out for one week with a fine of $1/day ($10 maximum).
Patrons with $5 or more in fines are prevented from checking out materials or using library computers. These fines will also restrict online renewal and the ability to place reserves as well as access to the public internet workstations.

Library materials may be renewed at the library, by phone (339-0502), or on the internet [1](with your library card number and PIN). If an item is requested by another patron, it will not renew.
Library materials may be returned to any Troy-Miami County Public Library location, any Dayton Metro Library location or Bradford Public Library.
The book drop is located next to the parking lot entrance and is open 24 hours a day (no art prints please). If your item is too large to fit into the book drop, please bring it up to the circulation desk when the library is open. During open hours, an automated book return is available inside the building.
Please do not return books to TMCPL that belong to a school library or a library other than those listed above. We cannot guarantee that these items will be returned to the lending library.
